Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or statutory holidays. If there will be a significant delay for the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Delays may occasionally occur during busy seasonal months of the year.

Seasons Trove is not liable for parcels that have gone missing as a result of incorrect or errors on addresses. In the unlikely case that your parcel is lost by the courier, a refund or replacement will be processed.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You may also track your order via our website by going to our "Track Your Order" page.

International Shipment

Seasons Trove ships to the United Kingdom, Ireland and select European Union countries.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location, with prices varying depending on the item's weight.

Free shipping is available on orders over £80!

Seasons Trove is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Failure to pay for these charges will result in the order being returned to us, additional charges to occur, and the original shipping cost will not be refunded.
