Delivery Information
We ship exclusively within the UK (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). Some items are dispatched from the UK, while others may be shipped internationally. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Returns & Refunds
To ensure satisfaction, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods if you wish to return an item. Once approved, you'll have another 14 days to return it. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Return Criteria
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked service.

• Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

Exchanges
Exchanges are temporarily unavailable. If you'd like an exchange, please place a new order and return the original item.

Non-returnable Items
Custom/personalised orders, gift cards, and sale items cannot be returned.

Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1-2 business days before dispatch. After dispatch, the standard return policy applies.

Damages & Issues
