Return & Refund Policy

We value your satisfaction and want to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience. If for any reason you wish to return your order, you have 14 days from the date of receiving your goods to inform us. Once we have received your notification and approved the return request, you'll have another 14 days to return the item.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving approved and returned goods.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed, with the original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When you return the goods, please use a tracked delivery service as we will be unable to refund missing items or items that have been damaged in transit. Please note that return carriage charges will be covered by you.

Please Note:

  • Returns may be refused if the item is in an unacceptable condition
  • Items returned without prior communication with us will not be processed
  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return items; please retain tracking information

Exceptions / non-returnable items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or Personalised Orders: Due to the unique nature of custom or personalised orders, they cannot be returned
  • Gift cards or Sale Items

Non-Delivery: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact us for assistance.

Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled if they have not been dispatched (usually between 1 - 2 business days). Once an order has been dispatched, our standard return policy applies.

Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee may apply to returns not related to defective or damaged items. This fee covers processing, inspection, and restocking.

Exchange: Please note that we are temporarily unable to facilitate item exchanges due to logistical constraints at our warehouse and location. However, you can still acquire your desired item by placing a new order and returning the original item following our return process. Thank you for your understanding.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
