Shipment Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, except for weekends and UK public holidays. If there is a significant delay in dispatch, we will notify you by email. Please note that the estimated delivery time does not include order processing time. Delays may occasionally occur during peak seasonal periods.
Seasons Trove is not liable for parcels that go missing due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the customer. In the unlikely event that a parcel is lost by the courier, a refund or replacement will be arranged.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, containing your tracking number(s). Tracking is activated within 24 hours. You may also track your order via our “Track Your Order” page.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide to select countries. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, regions under international sanctions, restricted regions, or locations where our couriers cannot guarantee safe delivery.
International deliveries may be subject to customs inspections, local courier handling, or regulatory checks which can extend delivery times. Seasons Trove cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or third-party delivery partners.
Delivery
Delivery times range from 5 to 10 days to all major destinations.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier, destination, customs clearance, or seasonal demand. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Seasons Trove cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Seasons Trove is not responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, duties, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer. Failure to pay these charges may result in the order being returned, additional costs incurred, and the original shipping fee being non-refundable.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you wish to modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Requests received after this period may not be accommodated once your order has been processed.
