We are committed to ensuring your order is processed and delivered promptly and securely. This policy explains how shipping works for all purchases.

Order Processing
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and UK public holidays. Delivery estimates shown at checkout do not include processing time. If a delay occurs, we will notify you by email. Please ensure that delivery details are entered correctly at checkout, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses. In the rare event that a parcel is lost by the courier, a replacement or refund will be arranged.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days to major destinations. Actual timings may vary depending on courier performance, customs clearance, or seasonal demand. While every effort is made to achieve timely delivery, certain factors remain outside our control.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details. Tracking is normally activated within 24 hours. Orders may also be tracked via our Track Your Order page.

International Shipping
We deliver to selected international destinations. Please note that we do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • Regions under international sanctions

  • Restricted or unsafe locations

International deliveries may be subject to customs inspections or local courier handling, which can extend delivery times. While we work with trusted partners, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or third-party carriers.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If fees are not settled and the order is returned to us:

  • Additional costs may be incurred.

  • The original shipping fee will not be refunded.

Order Changes & Cancellations
To request a change or cancellation, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, changes may not be possible once processing has begun.
