Returns Window
Full-price items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as Seasons Trove cannot accept responsibility for lost return parcels.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different item or size, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund in line with this policy.

Sale Items / Final Sale
Only regular-priced items may be returned. Sale, discounted, or promotional items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Unauthorised Returns
Any returns sent to us without prior approval may be refused. Please contact us first to obtain confirmation and instructions before sending back any items.
