Delivery, Returns & Refunds

Delivery

We deliver within the UK and to selected international destinations. We do not ship to countries affected by conflict, trade sanctions, or areas restricted by our couriers. Orders are processed within one to two working days and dispatched via a tracked courier service. Delivery times vary by location, and international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees.


Returns & Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your items. Once we have confirmed your cancellation, you then have a further 14 calendar days to return the goods.

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging where possible. Proof of purchase should be included, and we recommend using a tracked service to ensure your return reaches us safely.


Return Costs

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage. International customers are also responsible for any customs charges or duties on returned items.

If your order is faulty, damaged, or not as described, we will cover the cost of return postage and arrange a refund, repair, or replacement.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour or style, please place a new order and return the original item.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Personalised or customised products

  • Perishable goods
