We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Should you wish to make a return, this policy sets out clear and simple steps.
Returns Window
Full-price items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked courier service, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
For international returns, please note that customs duties, import taxes, or handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to cover these costs. Please retain proof of shipment until your return has been processed.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will confirm by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. To order a different size, colour, or item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund under this policy.
Sale & Promotional Items
Sale, discounted, or promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
Items Not Eligible for Return
For reasons of hygiene and safety, certain items cannot be returned:

Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately so that we can arrange a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund.
Unauthorised Returns
Any returns sent without prior approval may be refused. Please contact us first to obtain confirmation and return instructions before sending items back.
